About Me

In 1994 I fell in love with a 10-acre clear-cut in Prince Edward Island. It had been raped of its trees and was waist-deep in debris. The price was right, though, and the view of rolling PEI farmland was incredible (and unobstructed). I had the land cleared and replanted. Everyone I know donated trees. Then I decided I needed a simple cabin where I could "get out of the rain" on my land. I consulted a local architect, Carter Jeffrey, and selected plans of an old PEI out building (small carriage house) as my cabin. People thought I was nuts. I loved that. Other people said my tiny cabin on the clearcut was "very Thoreau." I had no idea what they meant. Then I discovered Henry David Thoreau and his classic philosophical treatise "Walden, Or; Life in the Woods" and was blown away at how my little place accidentally reflected his world-view and spirit. Walden Cabin was reborn, in PEI.

Fix your link, and publish your RSS feed while you're tinkering in there.
Darn it all! Thanks for pointing that out. What the hell is an RSS feed? Sheesh
An RSS feed lets me use a service that tells me when you've updated, rather than having me come back to your actual site a hundred times (or, well, once or twice) to see what's new.
Everybody's doing it.
Go into yer Blogger dashboard, click on the name of the blog, Settings tab, Site Feed link at top, say Yes to Publish Site Feed. Yes.
I'm sure some voyeur is finding this fun - how technically stupid I am. And that's OK! I'm *out there* !! wah hoo!

Your configuration is all wacky. I don't know enough about Bloggeure to fix it.
But you are publishing RSS, it's true. The URL is http://waldencabin.com/httpdocs/atom.xml for anyone playing along at home. Perhaps a link in your sidebar is in order.
